My career has taken me across digital products, media businesses and platform leadership. What began with designing websites and developing digital products gradually expanded into content, audience growth, media operations and platform strategy. Across different industries and organisations, one theme has remained consistent: understanding how technology, content and audiences come together to create sustainable growth. At TrueID, my work focuses on the intersection of content, product and audience behaviour. This includes platform strategy, OTT, Live TV, gaming, creator ecosystems and audience growth initiatives.

The role requires balancing business objectives with changing consumer behaviour, while continuously adapting the platform to new opportunities created by technology and media consumption.

Building audiences across radio, television, entertainment and digital media.

My years in media provided experience across radio, television, entertainment and audience engagement. Working with brands including Atime Media, GMM25, ONE31 and Channel 8 offered a broad perspective on content creation, audience development and the changing relationship between media and consumers.

This period reinforced the importance of participation, community and trust in building lasting audience relationships.

Before moving into media and platform leadership, I founded Hybrid21 to build websites, digital products and consulting projects for organisations across different industries.

That experience taught me how products are conceived, built, launched and sustained. It provided first-hand exposure to entrepreneurship, client management and business operations, lessons that continue to influence how I think about growth, platforms and digital transformation today.
